Corporate Advisor
Tony Goode is a corporate advisor and management generalist, with more than 30 years’ experience across management information systems, finance, human resources, technology implementation and corporate services. His background spans the public sector, major corporates and small business, giving him a broad, practical understanding of how organisations operate at different stages of growth.
He has a particular focus on emerging start-ups in niche areas of the resources sector, with his company investing in and acquiring interests in mining projects, especially in critical battery minerals. This is complemented by management consultancy work in mining, technology and agriculture, where he helps clients design and implement strategies that align commercial, operational and technology objectives.
Tony is highly skilled at synthesising complex information, preparing robust business cases, and evaluating the commercial potential of new ventures and projects. His work often involves systems analysis and the design of fit-for-purpose processes, structures that support sustainable growth and investment readiness.
He has also worked extensively as a business consultant and corporate advisor with all tiers of government, providing advice on industry development, regional investment and small business policy. Beyond his advisory work, Tony has held a number of community leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Regional Development Australia and as Chairman of the Small Business Development Centre.
